Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient and to use clinic time effectively.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without prior notification, will incur a charge equivalent to the full cost of the appointment. Payment of the missed appointment fee will be required before any further appointments can be arranged. Payment may be made via bank transfer (BACS), secure payment link, or cash.
We recognise that exceptional circumstances may occasionally occur. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the practitioner.
